FOR HOSPITALS
Your hospital can earn from space it already has.
A new amenity for the families in your care, without a new capital burden. Three ways to work with Nivo, one pilot to prove it.
How much space is required?
About 12 sq m for a 4-pod cluster including the aisle. Two-level stacking where ceiling height allows.
How does the model work?
Revenue Share is preferred: Nivo funds, installs and operates; the hospital provides space and shares revenue. Buy and Operate are also available.
Who pays?
Families pay per 12-hour slot, or a CSR sponsor covers it. Under Buy, the hospital may set its own pricing.
Who operates and cleans it?
Nivo operates the system. Routine cleaning can be integrated into your housekeeping workflow using a Nivo-approved checklist; Nivo owns the standard.
Who maintains it?
Nivo. Maintenance is included in every model and tracked in the partner portal.
Does the hospital have to invest?
Not under Revenue Share or Operate. The hospital provides space, power and housekeeping coordination.
How quickly can it be installed?
Assembly takes days once the site is prepared. The full process, from assessment to live, is typically a few weeks.
What if demand increases?
Nivo adds pods in clusters as utilisation proves it. The pilot is designed to grow.
A new amenity. Without the capital burden.
Revenue Share is our preferred model. Buy and Operate are available where they fit better. Select a model to compare who invests, who operates and who earns.
REVENUE SHARE
Zero upfront pod investmentNivo funds, installs and operates the pods. The hospital provides space and participates in the revenue. Families book and pay per slot.
Our preferred model and the usual starting point. No pod capital for the hospital, and both sides are aligned on utilisation.
Commercial terms, including any revenue split, are shared in the hospital proposal after a site assessment.

Designed to work with the hospital's existing operations.
Routine housekeeping can be integrated into the hospital's existing cleaning workflow, following a Nivo-approved checklist. Nivo owns the standard, the protocol, maintenance and escalation.
Lower infrastructure complexity.
Pods are designed for suitable existing cooled and ventilated environments, with appropriate air circulation within the pod. No individual bathroom or AC unit per pod. Nearby washrooms remain necessary.
Start small. Scale with demand.
We begin with a measured initial deployment and expand capacity as demand grows. When utilisation stays around 75 to 80 percent, Nivo adds pods. The starting size is a heuristic, not a limit.

Start with a few pods. Prove the demand. Scale from there.
Nivo can begin with a focused pilot installation, measure utilisation and operating performance, and expand the installation as demand grows.
- Typically a small cluster near one critical-care unit
- Revenue share by default, so no pod capital to begin
- Utilisation reviewed together before any expansion
